good location spacious rooms helpful staff improper amenities pathetic room service unreplaced towels
the location did work well. rooms were very spacious and also clean. i did find the staff always helpful.
the amenities are not proper. even tissues and toilet paper were not replaced after use. the room service was also pathetic. the bedsheets and towels are not changed even after placing the card for room service.

helpful staff large room great location
I found the staff very helpful with luggage and other requests. The room was quite large and included a bathtub. The location is near a shopping center, great for an easy walk to the beach.
The hotel had limited electric plugs in the room, slightly inconvenient.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of food, providing many options to choose from. I found the selection to be some of the best during my trip. It was a great start to each day.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, situated in a lively area near Central Marina and Big C. This proximity made it easy to access shopping and dining options. Seven Eleven is also nearby.

The room included a king-size bed and a big balcony. The balcony offered a good view. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the amenities provided. Cleanliness was well maintained.
